It was about 1991 when I acquired Dolly. At three years old, ready to be broken. All set and ready to go. The hardest thing for me to do was to manage her as a sweet itch pony. With in six months Kizzy arrived. Three years old and ready to be broken By the following spring it was apparent that Kizzy also suffers from sweet itch. Well, you know how it is with a sweet itch sufferer. You try lotions and potions and never getting anything quite good enough to rest at ease through the summer months. Four O'clock and it's time to get back to save your pony from the midges.
Then in 1995 through trial and error, frustration and a bit of process of elimination, Prize was developed. Although not originally developed as a coat cleaner it does such a fantastic job now everyone can benefit.
Dolly and Kizzy are still with me and still in light work. Both are fit and well and still have Sweet itch the difference between the early days and now is that We don't suffer.
